Well, the alleged business plan looks more like a sales pitch, but in his email he didn’t say it was a b-plan. I think the best quality I can bring to the team would be sophistication, among others.
Also, since it will be a simple partnership, there aren’t too many legal hurdles it seems. Only a partnership deed/doc has to be signed with the details of stake, etc.

Jul 16 –
Met up again, asked had some questions about what exactly the plan for the future was, which i got clarified. Also gave some feedback about the current website. Only thing left now is the legal stuff. Still is not clear how much money i’ll have to put in. Hope that is not a deal breaker. I asked for the business plan, etc.
